Dr. Banks and his staff have always been wonderful—kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to caring for my animals. He will be dearly missed! While I’m selfishly sad to see him retire, I couldn’t be happier for him. Wishing him all the best in this well-deserved next chapter!
